THE OBJECT OF PROJECT IS THE ELABORATION OF PHONON-ABSORBENT STRUCTURES, WITH HIGH EFFICIENCY, IN THE SIGHT TO DECREASE THE NOISE POLLUTION, FOR THE EQUIPMENTS ESTABLISHED BY THE DIRECTIVE 14 / 2000 CE.
THE DIRECTIVE 14 /2000 CE, ASSUMES THE HARMONIZATION OF THE UE LEGISLATION, REGARDING TO THE NOISE EMISSIONS FROM THE ENVIRONMENT, EMISSIONS MADE BY EQUIPMENTS USED OUTSIDE OF BUILDINGS AND ALSO THE DIRECTIVE ASSIGNS THE NOISE LIMITS WICH HAVE TO BE RESPECTED BY MORE THAN 50 EQUIPMENTS USED IN OPEN AREAS.
THE PROJECT, RECOMMANDS NEW SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE PHONON-ABSORBENT STRUCTURES USED FOR TURBO ENGINES EQUIPED POWER GROUPS SKIDS, FOR PHONON-ABSORBENT PANELS LENGTHWAY ROADS, RAILROADS ETC.
